Meet the Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) Bluegrass Region The AACA Bluegrass Region founded in 1964, is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the hobby of classic and antique automobiles’ collection and preservation to the mutual enjoyment of its members. We stand for group and family participation and recognize it as the ultimate enjoyment of classic and antique vehicles. AACA Bluegrass Region, based in Lexington, Kentucky now has more than 50 member families. Many of its members live near and far. We are also part of the National Antique Automobile Club of America. So we offer the backing of the world’s largest active member organization car club (AACA), while providing our local members that “small town” feel. What does the club do? The AACA Bluegrass Region members use their classic and antique vehicles. The joy we have in our classic and antique vehicles (25 years and older) is driving them on some of Kentucky’s picturesque back roads stopping at quaint Ma and Pa restaurants and shops. We also have several over night tours that lead us out of the state and into many bordering states. We have our annual summer picnic. In winter, we offer indoor activities such as bingo, potluck lunches, and holiday dinners. Download a Membership Application and join us today! |
